BOTANICAL EXTRACTS

Nactarome distillates, extracts & tinctures are inspired by the best of European liqueur and bitter traditions and our half-century of expertise in extracting, distilling, blending, and aging dozens of botanical species. We craft alcohol-soluble extracts that capture the rich complexity of traditional spirits, and then translate those flavors into non-alcoholic alternatives. COFFEE EXTRACTS BY TRABLIT

Nactarome is proud to continue the historic tradition of liquid coffee extracts by Trablit, a company founded in France in 1865 that still provides an essential ingredient for artisanal pastries, beverages, chocolate confectionary and ice creams. Trablit’s softly caramelized and robust coffee flavour brings a subtle, balanced taste, with no trace of bitterness, to classic pastries or contemporary sweet creations.

CARAMEL FLAVOURS BY ROYAL BUISMAN

An iconic brand with over 150 years of experience, Royal Buisman is a leading producer of natural, clean label, caramelised ingredients used across Europe, South-East Asia and North America. Royal Buisman has mastered the art of producing caramelised sugars with a very rich aroma and high level of stability, giving deep yellow to dark brown colour shades to food & beverage products. They are available in both liquid and powder form and are carrier-free.

NACTASMOKE SOLUTIONS

We have drawn on our historical expertise in meat and liquid smoke flavours to develop a range of natural flavours that meet the changing regulatory environment, yet still provide diverse smoky and grilled notes free from smoke condensates. Ideal for meats, cheese and ready-meals, NactaSmoke solutions mimic the balance, harmony and colour flavours like hickory, beech, charcoal, roasted and more. These smokeless flavours are smoke primers-free, clean label and available in both liquid and powder forms. They can also be combined with cooking cue flavour.

SEAFOOD FLAVOURINGS

Starting from MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified raw materials, we produce all-natural seafood flavourings in powder & liquid extract forms that add a deep, rich aroma and authentic flavour to a wide variety of savoury products and ready meals. Our gentle drying process preserves the organoleptic properties of the original products for solutions that are grounded in a long tradition of French seafood cuisine.
